$39 Diagnostic Fee
We charge the diagnostic fee only to determine the problem with your heating or air conditioning system.  Before we charge another dime, you will know exactly what is wrong and how much it will cost to repair.  Then you can make a decision on what you would like to do.

Hourly Rate
Our standard hourly rate is $80 per hour.  Howver you can receive a rate of $65 per hour and no Over-time charges by simply taking care of your equipment.  Have your comfort system cleaned twice a year for only $50 per system.  We have some customers on a specialty rate of $48.50 per hour.  This is reserved for our commercial air conditioning customers with multiple properties.  Call for details.
